• In June, Kristi chaperoned a youth trip to Harlan County, Kentucky set in the heart of the Appalachians.
• We shared about our hearts for Southeast Asia with several different groups.
• Josh has been hard at work as he builds a storage shed for us to house our things in while we’re gone.
• We attended the Aberle family reunion where Kristi met many of the extended family for the first time and shared our passion for Southeast Asia.
• We went on vacation to NC to spend some time with Kristi’s family and friends in the mountains and at the beach.
• Josh spent 2 weeks in Haiti where his twin brother Sam and his family are serving. His first week was spent with a team from our community. They did construction, helped out in the clinic, and shared their hearts with people in the community. The second week Josh’s brothers and I flew down to Haiti and spent a week. We continued to do construction, camped out on the beach, and enjoyed hanging out with family. We were very excited to have this opportunity.
